1. You tell us what you need

Send us the product, the quantity and your budget. A photo or a link is enough to start the Sourcing Process. After we receive a symbolic deposit for this service, we reply within 24 hours with a feedback.

2.  We search for factories

We search in several Chinese-language platforms and the Guangzhou wholesale markets that most importers cannot access on their own. You get multiple options to choose from.

3. We check the supplier is real

We verify the business licence, the production line and the export history. Many suppliers online are just trading companies pretending to be factories. When asked by you, we visit in person.

4. We order and check samples

We order your samples, check them ourselves and consolidate them into one shipment so you do not pay four separate couriers. 

5. We negotiate

We negotiate in Chinese directly with the factory. We discuss price, MOQ, payment terms and lead time. You see the factory’s quote and our commission separately with full transparency.

6. Production follow-up

We follow the factory’s production and send you updates. If there is a problem, you hear it from us and we solve it immediately. 

7. Inspection before shipping

We inspect the goods at the factory, not after they arrive at destination. You get photos, videos and a written report, then you decide whether to ship or hold.
