How Product Sourcing in China works ?
1. Send us your product
A photo, a link or a specification sheet are enough to start. Tell us your price and quantity and we reply to you within 24 hours whether it is realistic before you commit.
2. We search and shortlist
We search multiple Chinese-language platforms. You receive one to five factories that match your needs.
3. We verify and compare
We check the business license and who owns the production line. Your receive a comparison of 1 to 5 factories with:
- Unit price and price breaks
- MOQ and lead time
- Payment terms
- Factory or trading company
- Our notes on each supplier
4. Samples, then your first order
We order samples per your request. Before shipping, we can inspect your goods at the factory. We check them ourselves and consolidate them into one shipment. You choose the factory and we negotiate the final terms on your behalf.
Want to visit the factories yourself? We accompany you as your interpreter.
Product Sourcing Fees: How We Charge
We work on commission based the factory price. You see the factory quote and our commission separately. We do not take a second commission from the factory. If a supplier offers us one, we tell you.
The rate depends on the order value and the complexity of the project. We agree on it before we start searching and it doesn’t change afterwards.
No deposit to discuss your project. A small deposit starts the search and is deducted from our commission when you order.
