A company on Alibaba can look perfect. Perfect supplier and years of history with hundreds of reviews. None of that proves that this is a reliable and trustworthy factory.
Many of them are trading companies renting an office, subcontracting your order to a workshop or factory you will never see.
We are in Guangzhou. Most factories in Guangdong Province are within an hour’s drive, so we go in person to check the supplier or accompany you with an interpreter to verify in real time.

How the Audit Works ?
1. Send us the supplier
The company name, the Alibaba link or the business license they sent you. We tell you within 24 hours what we can check.
2. We pull the official record
Every registered Chinese company has as business license with a unified social credit code and a registered scope of business. We check if the company exists, how long it existed and whether it is a trading company or a real factory.
3. We go to the address
We travel to the factory and check:
- The address matches the business licence
- Production lines, machines, workers and stock
- Whether they make your product themselves or subcontract it
- Production capacity and export experience
- Certifications they claim (ISO, CE…)
- Signs of a trading company
4. You get the report in 24 hours
Photos, video and a written report in English or French. You see the real factory as it is, what matches what they claim and what doesn’t, and what we would check again before you pay.

Every registered Chinese company has a business license with a 18-digit Unified Social Credit Code and registered business scope stating what it is legally allowed to do. A trading company don’t have the same scope. We pull the record and compare it with what we see.
An audit checks the company before your order. An inspection checks the goods before they ship. Most importers need the first one once, and the second one on every order.
Yes. We need to schedule meeting dates and plan how we organize this. Most factories accept upon request.
Usually 1 to 2 day of audit and verification are enough.
Yes. The price depends on travel; we quote it before you book. Most of our audits are in Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan and Shenzhen.
Not always. A good trading company can be useful for small orders or different products. The problem is when a trading company pretends to be a factory; you pay a hidden margin and lose control over quality. A factory audit tells you which one you are dealing with.
