How the DDP Shipping from China Works ?

Product, weight, volume and delivery address. If you don’t know the volume yet, we ask the supplier for it.
2. We compare the options
Air freight, sea freight (LCL for small volumes, FCL for full containers) or rail, depending on your volume and arrival time.
3. Consolidation and checks
Your goods come to our address in Guangzhou. We confirm quantities and condition before shipping – a wrong shipment is far cheaper to fix in China than at destination.
4. Documents and departure
We prepare the export documents, book the freight and send you the tracking. With duties and clearance already handled.
5. Delivery
The goods arrives at your destination. No unexpected invoice.

Air makes sense for small, light shipments or when you need it in days rather than weeks. Send us your product, quantity and address and we give you the full DDP price, duties included.

No. Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets and food often needs special lines or can’t be shipped DDP at all. Some products also need certificates in the destination country. Send us the product first and we confirm before you pay the supplier.
