Samples are made by the factory’s best worker with the best materials. Production is not. The difference shows up when the goods arrive : wrong colour, weak stitching, no labels or broken products.

Every point we will check, agreed and confirmed by you before the visit – so the report answers your questions.

3. We inspect at the factory

When the order is finished and packed, we open cartons at random, check the goods and count the quantities according to the checklist.

4. You decide before paying

Photos, video and a written report. You decide whether to ship, rework or hold the goods while you still have the balance in hand.

Includes the checklist, the on-site inspection, photos, video and a written report within 24 hours.

Travel within Guangzhou, Foshan and Dongguan is included. Elsewhere, travel is quoted before you book.

What is a pre-shipment inspection in China?

An inspection of your finished goods at the factory, before they are shipped to your destination. We check quantity, quality, appearance, function, packaging and labels according to our checklist.

When should the inspection take place?

When most of the orders is finished and packed. Earlier, you only see samples or a part of the production. Later, there is no time to fix anything because shipment has already been made.

What happens if the goods fail?

The factory rework or replaces the defective goods, then we can do another inspection. Because the inspection happens before you pay the final balance, you have leverage.

Do you inspect goods you did not source?

How is an inspection different from a factory audit?

An audit checks the factory before you order. An inspection checks the goods before you receive them.
