We review your product, suppliers and quotes before the call. During the call we answer your questions and explain the best route to source your product from China.

Afterwards, you receive a written action plan.

Can you check my Alibaba supplier during the call?

We do a quick check: business license, registered scope, and whether it looks like a factory or a trading company. For a full on-site verification before a large payment, see our China factory audit.

How much does it cost to import from China?

Your real cost is the product price plus shipping, import duties, VAT or sales tax in your country, and fees like customs clearance. Shipping and duties can add a large amount to factory price, which is why we calculate your landed cost during the call. With DDP shipping, everything is included in one price.

What should I prepare before the call?

Photos or links of the product, your target price and quantity, your destination country, and any supplier links or quotes. the more you send, the more precise the advice.

What if I want you to handle everything?

No problem. After the call we can take over your project: product sourcing, factory checks, inspection and shipping. the consultation fee is then deducted.

Is the consultation only for big companies?

No. Most of our calls are with small importers, e-commerce sellers and entrepreneurs launching their first product.
