I came to China in 2022 to do business. Since then I’ve experience visiting factories across China, accompanying buyers at the Canton Fair, managing export orders. I speak French, Arabic, English and Chinese, so I negotiate with suppliers in Chinese and explain everything to clients in their own language.
I started China Import Sourcing in 2025 after seeing too many buyers lose money: fake factories, production that didn’t match the sample, shipping costs nobody mentioned. Today I personally follow every project, from the first supplier search to delivery.
Buying from China looks easy online. A supplier on Alibaba has great photos, quick replies and a low price. The problems usually start after the deposit.
The “factory” turns out to be a trading company. The production doesn’t match the approved sample. The shipping bill adds costs nobody mentioned.
Most importers can’t check any of this from abroad, and they only find out when the goods arrive.
That’s why I work on the ground in Guangzhou, in the heart of Guangdong, China’s largest manufacturing province. I visit factories before you pay, inspect your goods before they ship, and give you the real landed cost upfront.

I started in China as an interpreter for foreign buyers at the Canton Fair and on factory visits. Seeing how often importers lost money on bad suppliers, I began handling the whole process for them: finding factories, checking them, inspection goods and organizing shipping.

I work in Guangzhou. Most of my factory audits and product inspections take place in Guangdong: Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan and Shenzhen.I also travel to other industrial cities when your supplier is elsewhere. I attend every session of the Canton Fair, in spring and autumn. My clients are importers, wholesalers and e-commerce brands from Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
